We’ve learnt that if you are kind to Nature she will always repay you, with quality. We don’t use herbicides, insecticides, systemic fungicides or soluble fertilisers. We try and build a balance. To create harmony so that there will be no place for 'dis-ease'."

2011 Shotberry Chardonnay

Made in a fruit forward style with the freshness of an ocean breeze and the texture of fine silt loam. Aromas of white peach and acacia flowers give a pleasing brightness and energy. A hint of oak adds a wave of texture.
